Bought a vape pen two weeks ago and it broke the wires came unsautered figured I could exchange it but they refused to then claiming that it got dropped. I assured them it did not and they still refused well they just lost a customer.

Love the new look of the shop. They have amazing friendly and knowledgeable new owner/staff and they have tons to choose from now that they don't machine oil. Not to mention they have great flavors to choose from and the best prices in town !!! Definitely recommend to other vapers

This shop was like finding the right woman. I had been to alot of different vape shops and they never had flavors and service like Nephos. They have a really good selection of premium brands of vape juice and they've got good quality mods. Great customer service topped it all off.
