New ownership! They carry WAY more variety of juices since they got away from using Machine Oil exclusively. The selection was on par with what I've seen with well stocked vape stores such as Urban Vapors. While urban vapors does have a great atmosphere/vibe this shop excells at having some of the best prices I've seen. Definitely check it out if you havent yet !

Guy at the counter was very helpful and pointed me in the direction of the caliburn pod vape that most mimics a puff bar. Im very satisfied and believe he had a customer service mind. Great place. Recommend to all.

We haven't had a lot of luck with vape stores being knowledgeable AND taking the time to share that knowledge. This place did both. And did it well. Any questions we had, they were answered. We left feeling like we got a good deal (isn't that how you always want to feel when you are making a purchase?) and then vaped the 4 juices we bought all the 6 hours home. Wow! Flavor is great, vapor production is great, and the price is great. I was thoroughly impressed all around, and that does not happen often. Thanks so much from the La Grande, OR people who came in on Sunday (7/24/16) You gave great customer service!

Hook Rat
Baught a "Puff bar" that was obviously defective (stopped hitting around 50 pulls). Called asked what they would do for me.... and I got some push back like I was trying to scam them into getting a... wait for it... free $8 bar. Products are defective at times. This happens. They did the right thing and replaced the defective product. But when they handed me the new product... the demeanor of the customer rep was suggesting that I was the kind of customer that would take advantage of a return. He pointed at me with the puff bar and said "now this is the last free bee I'm giving you".
Well now my replacement was also defective and now I dont even want to hold another condescending conversation with these guys.
It wasn't me guys... it was you.

All I have to say is wow. The new owner has done a fantastic job transforming this store. Theey had all of my favorite juice brands and flavors for much less than competing stores in the area. Also had a wide variety of mods that I havent seen many other places. Definetly stop here for your vaping needs. I was happy to see all the great products but what really sold me on this store was the friendly welcoming atmospehere and helpfulness of the store owner.
