Every time I go in everyone is always so nice! I love going to Nephos, y'all always make me smile and have the best products! I absolutely love the new bong I got! Y'all are my favorite people!!

Employees have always been helpful, friendly, and caring. Well priced merchandise. They are always willing to help if there's any problems or questions and always with lots of smiles. I recommend this vape shop over any other.

I always have an excellent experience here! The staff are always super friendly and take their time with each person,even if there is a line. Each customer is treated with their undivided attention. This is also the only place that caries a wide variety of products from off brand to top of the line . I have never been here and them not have what I'm looking for! I never go anywhere else now. I will drive across town just to come here for my vaping needs!

Always a good experience in here. Guy with the longer hair always helps me out and is great. Let’s me try a bunch and look around a lot and has no problem with it. Wish it was same price as online and I’d be in a lot more.

Best vape shop in town in my opinion, clean store, replaced my vape when it was within their warranty cause it had a defect. Good vibes and really nice people in the store. Thanks for the kindness and replacing the broken disposable!

This was the shop I bought all my first taping stuff at. I walked in not knowing a dam thing about any of it. The owner walked me through how the different rigs work and different juice options. He set me up with a good beginner setup and gave me a deal. Then primed everything for me and showed me how it worked. Amazing experience! I live really far from here, but I make it a point to stop here every time I'm in town and give him my business. The kid that works there on the weekends is always super nice too. I usually only vape 0% nicotine.. Which nobody else does. So after a couple times going there this dude would have a few 0 bottles of things I like in the back. Super cool place, will always have my business.

Great shop with great employees! Idk about everyone else but I’m pretty loyal to one vape shop when I find one I like. Having just moved from Las Vegas I was so happy to find this shop and will continue giving them my business! Good prices, great selection, good loyalty program, helpful employees! Today I went in got a nord and some juice and asked if they could change out a coil on my other vape, well I brought the wrong coil of course, without hesitation they changed it out to the correct one for free! Thank you!

My father forgot his vape in Arizona and it had been a few days, knowing that from the start the staff was so very helpful. They didn't over sell him and took care of him as if he was going to be a returning customer. I am just beyond impressed with everything about this store. Thank you
