I love this place. There is a nearly overwhelming selection of brands, each with an equally diverse variety of flavors. The customer service is stellar. All the staff are friendly, but I want to give specific shout-outs to Amanda, Chris, and Brady for being so far beyond the other staff I've encountered -- when I'm talking to them, I feel like I'm either a celebrity or an old friend, and I love that. Great location, great products, and great crew. I'd rate a sixth star if I could.

The workers there are always helpful and ready to take care of you. I had got the wrong pod last time and when I went back in, even tough it was opened but unused, they switched it for the correct one and credited my account.
Their rewards points system seems to be better than urban vapor's and their prices are a little less usually(depending on what you get).
They have a very wide selection of vape juice and vapes as well as other fun accessories. You really can't beat going here!

We have been patrons of this wonderful lil shop since they opened. It isn't the closest to our home (approx 20 miles one way) but by far the best!! I have never had anything but the best service and always with a huge smile. I have had little things go wrong or break and they have always gone above and beyond to get my issue either fixed or replaced. If there were more than 5⭐️'s to give they definitely have earned them in our book.

Great local place with a huge selection of ejuice. The staff is always really nice and helpful. Also the discount you get if you go in after 8pm is awesome!

ALWAYS out of the many different juices I'm looking for, also the employees need to chill out and let people browse around. If I need help I'll let you know. Every time I go in there I feel pressured to hurry up and make a selection, it's super uncomfortable with the employees standing a foot away staring at you until you make a selection. They're all nice, it's just really uncomfortable.

Great selection of products, very friendly staff who are always super helpful. One of if not the widest range of juices and disposables in Eugene. They seem to carry mostly smok brand vape mods and coils, but carry lots of other brands of coils and some other brands of mods. They also have a respectable selection glassware and herb accessories at good prices compared to most other smoke shops in Eugene.

This vape shop is always spotless clean. Every member of staff is friendly, and attentive to customers walking in. They have a massive selection of products in this store. From mods, to tanks, to juice, to coils, to rolling papers, glass, and more! This is definitely a one-stop-shop! Happy Hour is from 8pm-10pm when they close, and bottles of juice are in the discount.

Great place, clean, helpful staff. I even had one staff member ask another staff member to help and they took care of me very well. They have a great variety of juices and mods and things I'm sure but I was focused on their excellent customer service helping me with my mod. Thank you, had to buy some juice and a few other things just as an extra thank you
