Newbie to vaping but was well taken care of by the new owner. He personally took the time to go over the basics & showed me all products instead of pushing something on me just to make a sale. Best deals in town with price matching & hooked up the freebie swag. Top notch all the way around. Will definitely shop again.

The only thing I found disappointing was they charged more than the actual company. I bought a smok nord showed him the smok website for the device 34.95 but charged me 60.00. Don’t think they should be charging more than the msrp. Kinda disappointed. Other than that very friendly and professional.

Best vape shop in Eugene! Employees are friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable on all their products. Huge selection of vape juice! Awesome loyalty program too. Great experience! My new go to vape shop from now on.

Just went in with my partner and the bigger guy on shift (Colter or Cole?) Was very condescending and rude to us we said we just wanted to look and he kept interrupting us even though we were whispering to each other to seclude ourselves and look in peace. Even in casual conversation he was being condescending and rude and making us uncomfortable. He wouldn't leave us alone so we ended up getting his suggested flavor. My parnter is deathly allergic to mint and we clearly told him no mint but he sold us one with mint anyways, she had an allergic reaction and her throat started to close up when we walked back in 10 minutes later and I said there was mint and she had a reaction the first thing he did was deny that there was mint and ask to point where on the box it says mint instead of asking of she was ok. The other guy working asked if she was OK which we appreciated but don't be condescending to customers that you literally (accidental or not) put them at health risk. He got the manager out who was super understanding and helped us out, felt really bad and gave us a killer deal on a different vape. It would have been a terrible experience in which we would never come back if the manager hadn't stepped out. Went from a 1 star rating to a 3 star. Would have been a 5 star if that guy wasn't there. Probably won't be back for a while especially if the condescending guy who doesn't know how to treat customers with respect is working. He was also the one assigned to train a new employee which was concerning. All in all everyone there was cool except that guy. Get rid of that guy and let him take that attitude to Wendy's or Jack in the box.

These guys are always so helpful with my selection of items and vape flavors. The prices are fair and the workers are always a joy to converse with! Hands down my new favorite place to go for my vape supplies. Cheers!
