I went in and got a vape from this shop and it ended up being a defective from the manufacturer. I brought it back in and they let me exchange it, and gave me a killer deal on an upgrade. The owner was very cool about the experience and even gave me some free points on the clover app, enough points that I was able to get a free bottle next time I come in. This is the only vape shop I'll go to. Very pleased with my experience.

First time in shop and not all that knowledgeable about vap mods etc. Went in with 2 different ones and both gentlemen were eager to assist and answer any and all questions I had. They were even nice enough to take the broken glass out and replace for me. Also prices are great as well. So I will def be coming back and will refer all my friends as well.

Lots of great products. Never had a problem with anything Ive bought, except got the wrong coils once. The guys were fabulous about returning them and giving me the right ones. Everyones great there. I highly recommend this shop!

Great customer service and a great atmosphere! the in house liquids are absolutely prime. If you have any questions, want to check out some newer mods or get a damn good E Liquid this is the place to go! And too top that off? The company of a beautiful big dog! what couldn't be better while vaping it up?;D

Such a great little place! Extremely helpful and polite young men there! Everytime I come in with my 900 questions they answer everyone of them ! Had a device malfunction I took it back and they replaced it right away, which is great for us older people 💪🏽 Not to mention they have just about every flavor of vape juice and puff bar things around✌🏽💜 Thx guys see ya soon! 10/10 well 9&1/2 the stairs are kinda killers😂

Every single time I go to nephos I always walk out a happy customer. Everyone there is very informative, patient, kind, and helpful. They always make sure to get you what you came in for and maybe even show you something new based off what you already have tried. Most other vape shops I have been to the employees seem to have little to no knowledge on there own products or on anything I am looking for so now I just go straight to nephos without hesitation.
