Maybe for hookah supplies or China glass they're a good store. For customer service, no. I expressed my opinion it's no longer as good of a store as it was and as a result was told not to shop there. I've spent thousands at the store in the past because of their great service, that's now the opposite. In regards to concentrate accessories they have no idea what they're talking about. I've been sold the wrong thing. I bought a 200$ nail and the guy looked at me like why waste your money we have 30$ China ones. People like that shouldn't work there, makes the industry look bad. I have an opinion, the store has gone down in quality, I expressed that and as a result lynn pretty much told me not to shop there. I was spoken to rudely and all of it is on camera, yet I'm sure the store owner won't care. I regret supporting the store for so many years. Go elsewhere for any product for concentrates or tobacco. Hey you might be treated rude too but at least they know what they're talking about. Screw the coughing cardinal.

Best customer service!!! Every time I go in there I will verify on my face because of the atmosphere in there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, you never feel out of place here. I recommend everyone to go here for your head shop needs. If you go anywhere else you won’t get helped and you’ll get served with a whole bunch of attitude. GO COUGHING CARDINAL!!

Wow what an experience! As I wandered into a beautiful little shop, I was greeted immediately by some of the most friendly, outgoing, and beautiful human beings I’ve had the pleasure of coming into contact with in the last few months. I was helped by an employee, I believe his name was Burns. And my god, what an amazing dude. I walked in and wanted to spend a certain amount of money on a water pipe that I had been looking at the last few weeks, and Burns, not only was knowledgeable, but I could tell he put himself in my shoes for a moment and actually helped me get a different water pipe that was better quality and exceeded my expectations. Wow what a genuine dude. I wanna give a huge thanks to Burns, and the shops team as a whole, and I’ll make sure to send any of my friends or family to your shop, thanks!

Love this store! Everyone is super nice and always there to help you and if you can’t find what you’re looking for they will do their best to give you the next best thing and online ordering as well! And they have amazing deals!!

Randomly found this sight to buy a surprise gift and was initially impressed with the selection and prices were more than fair. The site is very easy to navigate and very user friendly. But what was better than all of that was the customer service I received, specifically from Fino! I had to change where my order was being shipped and called their number. They were way courteous and took care of the changes for me with no hassle, whatsoever. They were also extremely quick with their responses via email as well. Alot of places can sell you the same thing but what makes me come back to a vendor is their customer service and The Coughing Cardinal rocks in this department! Thanks again!

If you do not particularly like going to head shops then this is a good one for you because they make you feel very comfortable and are very friendly. They also have a good selection of kratom, especially extracts if that is your thing.

I gave 2 stars because they’re a good business , and they have good products ! I called to see if they had any information on their voicemail about when they would possibly be open again , because last time
I was there they was supposed to shut down due to the virus . To my surprise they answered the phone and was doing curbside pickup only today . The guy working told me if I wanted something to be there by 6pm because they close today and not going to be open for awhile , they never once said they were only accepting debit or credit cards only at this time. So I drove a hour and fifteen minutes there because they’re the only ones who sell the brand of Kratom I use just to find out they don’t accept cash at this time because of handling procedures due to the virus going around ...but plot twist....they will walk up to your car window in your face , and take your card run it then hand it back to you then hand you the product you ordered , but they don’t handle cash or do change at this time ....Ok at this point it doesn’t make a bit of sense to me , but my money spends anywhere . I always spend from $80-$200 each time I go and usually go once to twice a week sometimes more. The last time I went it was curbside pickup then , and cash wasn’t issue. I guess the only good outcome of this is I found out after searching online I can buy it for about $35 cheaper so thanks for that I guess it definitely takes the sting out of driving almost 3 hours for nothing !

I was attended right away by Green who was very polite and attentive! He got down to eactly what I wanted and gave me very great options!! Been coming to the cardinal for years and have never left un-happy! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Never had a problem there before but they hired new employees that seem like they dont know anything about Their products Also the new employees lacked good customer service skills! But before the new employees were hired they where amazing!👍Hopefully the new employees will be trained better. Love the store but they need to step up there game with their customers service skills! Therefore they do have nice products;but dont count on the employees to know there stuff!
