This place is great. I have been coming here since they opened. I have met many different people working in the store and it is rare that every person, every time I have been in have been the nicest, welcoming, knowledgeable, and caring people I have met. The customer service is the best I’ve seen from any store I have ever been to. If they don’t have what you’re looking for they have ordered it in for me. You’re really walk in and feel like family. They have a huge selection. I hope everyone gives this store a try and you will see the difference. Hands down best customer experience out there. Thank you to everyone at exclusive.

Good store with good prices. Friends have complained about some of their disposables but I’ve never had a problem. Only reason I can’t rate 5 stars is because my preferred flavor is never in stock and after finally remembering the promotional stamp card for 5 separate purchases the promotion for one free vape was no longer going on. I feel if someone has a card from when the promotion is going on then they should be allowed to exchange it for the one free vape. So in all, one star off for each complaint of mine

Workers are always polite and welcoming. I love the incentive program they have with their punchcard. Haven’t found Vape Store in a long time that I actually enjoy going to so I’m glad I found this place.
