Why go anywhere else? For real? The selection is massive and the employees, especially Previn, are down to answer any and all questions for your experience. Love the energy, love the excitement from the employees, and definitely love the jaw dropping selection.

This store is the worst. I was reccomend by a friend to come to this store to get some flavored pods for my jul. At 1st I explain to the guy that I want some flavor pods that taste like fruit nothing harsh. He gave me 2 different flavors I went home open one up. After i tried it, it made ny throat burn. I came back next morning at 11am and I asked if i can just exhange the unopened one for one with less nicotine. His answer was no refunds or exchange even if i was going to one that was cheaper. Asked to speak with a manager and he said everyone to tell me the same answer very rude. Please i recommed dont go there very unprofessional and very bad customer service. I even told them i was here to buy some CBD lotion. Loss my bussiness. Bad for business

Been going here for a couple years now. The staff is always friendly and recognize me when I walk in the door. They have a large quantity of shisha brands and quantity. They pretty much always have the shisha I want in stock. Even now that I don't live close to this store, I will still go out of my way to stop in to purchase the shisha I'm needing.

Awesome selection of water and hand pipes! Soooo many wraps, cones ECT. Not to mention a massive assortment of CBD, kratom and kava. The cCoughin Cardinal truly has everything you could want and ask for in a smoke shop. All while having an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable crew, Roger was able to answer all of my CBD and Kratom questions I had, and help me find something that works for my body and my budget! All in all it was a great experience and will definitely be recommending to all of my friends!
