Just like all the other reviewers, nothing but positive things to report about Coughing Cardinal. Made two trips out to this location so far and both have been nothing but excellent.
My first trip was for hookah shisha. Starbuzz 100g tins started at $5.95 so I bought 2 and got two free samples of a different brand.
Staff was genuinely friendly and in a good mood to be at work even though it was 7PM on a Friday. Patient and answered my questions, got me things to look at, etc.
Couldn't be happier with this shop in the area.

I'm NOT saying, "don't go here", but any place that charges me for something I don't use... won't get my business. I completely disagree with the 4._% charge when you use a card because the company sells CBD. I don't use that stuff but I still get charged extra. Seems like bs to me. I guess you can use cash... but my cash is in a bank.

Coughing Cardinal is the epitome of an excellent smoke shop in St. Louis. The staff there is well versed in all of the accessories and equipment. Green and Bates in particular were especially helpful, but the whole staff is phenomenal and will help with any needs you may have.

I come to the cardinal at least once a week all the people who work there care so much about there glass and always know what they are talking about! They have answers to all my questions and amazing glass for great prices!!! Dickie is the best one working there!!!!

Edit, I was a very impressed coughing cardinal as a customer but the store has gone down hill terribly. You guys cant keep good employees in there. No one knows anything about anything. Call in there and ask for an insert for your ok dabba dabba banger that they sell, have them tell you they have one, then go in and find out its a mayoral insert? and also that you guys fired previn? he was the best and most knowledgeable employee you've ever had. Kinda weird how many reviews this place has? Wonder if there all just employees that are still a part of the company. Also the owner of this store lies about owning it. Had a full conversation with the dude while he pretended to be a manager, later to find out from a trusted friend, Previn, that he was in fact the owner. These people may offer a decent shop with quality products but if you're supporting the cardinal you're supporting ungenuine, greedy people. Hit up sunshine daydream, they seem to be doing very well lately. Or KB vapors in imperial, the guy ho runs that shop is genuine and really appreciates his customers. Old Review - (Where do I start. From the first day I came in I was thoroughly impressed. There illidolph collection is to die for. There's always some new art to see. The employees are down to earth and ready to take care of your every need to the best of there abilities. They steer you in the right direction and show you everything you want to see. There more than willing to let you water test there glassware and often times give out free lanyards that are badass! They also have a great ecig area with the best premium flavors. There's more to this shop but this review only covers what I've gone in there for. Stop by, you won't be disappointed.)
