Stole testimonials for their CBD pamphlet from a local shop. One of the testimonies is the local shop owners father! When I posted about the unoriginality, laziness, & unprofessionalism on Facebook the owner only argued with me rather than doing anything about it. They pick & choose which bad reviews to respond to & which to ignore if you scroll down their Facebook pages reviews. Dont waste your money at this shop. If they dont care about any of this why would they care about their customers too? SMH. Ben Amor should be ashamed of himself, but instead finds it amusing.

I purchased about $900 worth of products and was told I would receive points for everything I buy. I just called two months later and was told that since I didn't give my email, (which they DIDNT ask for) they had no record of my points. That's almost $1,000 worth of points that I was promised and have yet to receive.

I don't know what the situation is with cloud 9, doesn't seem the same to me. Came in Tuesday to pick up 2 bottles of space monkey juice, opened one and put some in my tank, taste nothing like what I used to buy from them. Justifies why I stopped coming to buy juice for months. Very disappointed, not even about the money.

Excellent service, Chris went out of his way to help me make some huge clouds, I was going all the way to Woodstock to get my Vape supplies, they were open after 6 on a Sunday and now they have my business, its closer and more convenient and the staff is much more laid back, so all in all it was a win win.. The CBD flower here is INCREADABLE! I suffer from anxiaty and the employ helped me find the perfect CBD joints. This is my number 1 place for CBD now I'd highly recommend this store!

Customer service is pretty poor. The guys there seem like they don't know much about their trade. There's lots of "ers" and "ums" in their short, vague answers. I even had one kid tell me that you're breathing in "hot vapors" when vaping. ..."hot"?
They don't have a good setup to let you sample juices and the prices are pretty high compared to other shops.
BUT, they have a pretty large selection of pipes, vapes, and other related things. Worth a visit if you don't mind overpaying and receiving very dull customer service.
