Bought a new black Aegis that came with a battery. When I opened the box the unit was not black and I was given the wrong battery. It was too long and would not fit. I attempted to return the merchandise unused but opened and they refused to swap. As to the battery issue, they did not have a 26650 in stock and gave me a cheaper 16650. Said that was the most they could do. I will not be back.

This store sells cheaply made Chinese products for more than there valued, staff is uneducated and openly talks about marijuana. Josey at the kennesaw location has the absolute worst customer service and has now sold me two faulty thread products with 0 help in fixing them or replacing there mistakes. Don’t do business here

I am experimenting with vaping as an alternative (currently a Marlboro man) both times I went there the associates we're very helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything expensive, a pleasant experience on both occasions. If I wind up switching to vape, Cloud 9 have made a loyal customer out of me.

A year ago (maybe a little longer now) I bought a vape from Cloud 9 Windy Hill. My glass recently broke before a trip, NONE of the stores had replacement glass for my tank so I had to buy another tank. Asked for a compatible one for my mod and the cheapest one. Was informed all tanks start at $45. The tank I was given DRAINS my battery pretty bad but overall I was satisfied so I let it go. Fast forward to when I need new coils. I went and showed them the tank and was given coils, they were the wrong coils. I knew this as soon as I started using them but everything is nonrefundable. After burning through the pack of 3 I bought I called and the guy admitted whoever sold me the coils messed up and offered me 15% off (only reason I gave two stars instead of 1) and the kicker - they didn't have any coils for that tank, my original tank (found replacement glass elsewhere) so I had to find my old baby smok tank in order to get coils.
I went in to get a pen for $15, I got this pen on the 4th of July and by the second day it was shorting and yesterday, 3 days having this pen it's completely broken. Between the $45 for the tank, the $20 for bad coils, $18 for new coils and $15 for a broken pen I am incredibly frustrated with Cloud9. Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere
