Extremely poor customer service! Sells low quality products for too much money and will NOT stand behind the products that they sell! The guys in the shop are nice and polite but obviously know nothing about the products that they sell and will just make up stuff to tell customers. Will NOT buy here again. :(

Went to a few shops in the area before I found this gem of a place. Beautiful glass, the latest devices and sooo much juice, shisha and cbd. This is my new favorite place. These guys do it right!! Clap clap bravo!

I love the people who work at cloud 9. The only thing that bothers me is how overpriced they are. Kratom is at least 20% more expensive and the cheapest Juul pods are $15. Some boxes are even $20. And you only get four pods. I can find plenty pods for $12 or less at other smoke shops or gas stations. In fact, the new Vape Cafe off of Bells ferry Road has 25% off everything in the store. So that puts their pods at under $10. I’d love to shop Cloud 9 more, but it has become much too unaffordable.

The dope head employees here are criminal. They sell broken products and have a no refund or replacement policy. You mite as well walk in and just give them money for nothing because their products are damaged. What kind of business dont replace broken products they sell. They threaten to call the cops if you keep demanding you money or a product replacement. Avoid this place it is not a legitimate business. Shysters.
