Good selection they gave me great recommendations and I followed through those recommendations with sales in your bank.
Sarah took care of a problem for me with not even a squeak in her voice. She simplified everything and honestly has helped reclaim The cloud 9 name

This shop is my favourite to visit while I'm in town. Super friendly crowd that's always willing to help out. Trust me, sometimes when I go into Cloud9 I'm overwhelmed with options, but I have never left this shop dissatisfied. Josh was particularly helpful, and I was able to find exactly what I needed for an amazing price. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend buying anything from this store. I have been a customer here for years now and have never had problems until today. I go in to return a puffco I had bought as a gift for a close friend for Christmas that had stopped working after 5 days. We were highly aggravated and disappointed with how this interaction went when we were told to come back and try again. We went to two other cloud 9 stores the day before this to clarify before coming to this one that we would be able to return it and they are now declining us of a exchange “because it has been used”. How would you expect to find out your puffco wasn’t working in the first place? Leave it in the box and not use it…

Last night my experience was really great, I actually asked the young lady who was helping me was she the manager, because she went above and beyond to help me. It was greatly appreciated. When she told me she wasn’t the manager. I told her she should be as helpful and experienced as she is.

I stopped by cloud 9 in Kennesaw and was very impressed with their selection and was helped out by a employee named Logan and he was very knowledgeable,thoughtful and made me feel very comfortable since it was my first experience with the Delta 9 gummies.
