reagan was hands down the most educated young lady (and cute) that i’ve had the pleasure of doing business with in cloud nine vape. kevin and gabe are great at their job as well (and also exceed my expectations due to previous experiences with shops in the same market,,) but i don’t swing that way;). Prices are hiGh as Hell! But the people working the day I went there, they were helpful and friendly. I will go back in the future when I don't want to WAIT to get an Online Order. But I will say that you always pay way less and can get Returns from buying your smoking item's Online UNLIKE Here.

There is nobody nicer or more professional than Omar.
I have been going to Cloud 9 for several months, almost a year and never experienced the warm welcome Omar has to offer until they hired Omar.
I met Omar for the first time at the Canton store A few months ago and told him at that time he was the nicest employee that I've met at cloud9 so far. When I walked into the Kennesaw store a few days ago I was never so pleased or delighted to see him there as he adds warmth to the store while maintaining a professional demeanor and offers a plethora of knowledge while maintaining an abundance of patience with all my questions and I will be going to Cloud 9 in Kennesaw more often again simply because Omar is there.

Third time I’ve been sold the wrong coils here. I’m knowledgeable enough about vaping, but not so much when it comes to coils. If you’re going to run a vape shop, you shouldn’t repeatedly sell the wrong products and then not offer a refund. Employees are polite but quite clueless.
