The gentlemen that run this shop are extremely knowledgable about all of their products, always conduct themselves professionally and treat their regulars with respect. There are few shops that have the quality and stellar customer service they have anymore, so if you're looking for a decent cigar or any other products this kind of shop has to offer, I highly recommend checking them out.

Don’t shop here. Go to literally any other smoke shop in Utah if you are buying disposable vapes. I spend 50 dollars here every few days for me and my girlfriend and they won’t replace one bad vape when it doesn’t work. Any other shop will replace a bad product. t(-_-t)

I like this store. Staff is super friendly. One time I came in looking for a random obsolete vape piece, and the young man helping me dug through many boxes until finding something that fit my piece. Also, they been known to give discount to return customers.

Was looking for a good glass piece at a good price and I found it here... Didn't get a chance to catch the girl's name that help me out but she truly made me feel welcomed and showed everything I asked to see till I found what I wanted.. Thanks to her I will see glass pieces in a different way (inside joke).. Great customer service very satisfied with my purchase... Thank you

The only smoke shop with a bigger cigar collection then bongs or pipes. They have a walk-in humidor and one of the best collections of cigars this side of Havana. They also have a huge collection of vaporizers and smuggling tools this side of Juarez.
And finally they have the best looking employees of all the smoke shops in town. There is a brother and sister that work there that are the cutest kids ever.

When you sell a product, as a retailer of it you back that product. When someone comes in a explains that a product is faulty you honor your policies. This what you are supposed to do. Instead, you treated a customer with unprofound disrespect and showed unmessarable unprofessionalism. Then when they made a google review of said incident, you proceded to yell at them upon their next visit.
I have only been here once, and you did not seem to even care about my buisness, so i am not suprised at this. But after this incident with my sister I will never do buisness with you and i will stear anyone i know elsewhere.
