I give 5 stars to the 2 employees who work in the morning! They are so helpful, gave good advice and answered all my questions. I will never go there at night again, those employees were rude, not helpful and made me feel dumb for not knowing exactly what I wanted. So THANK YOU to the AM shift, you guys are awesome!!!!!!

I had vowed to never visit this shop after they had miss-marked the price of pipe tobacco and wouldn't exchange it after I brought the attention to them. I told the person that "helped" me and both owners that I wouldn't return until they refunded my money. The boycott lasted about a year then I dropped a good $200. I'm still upset however and will shop online now for my smoking purposes.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I was yelled at and threatened to have the cops called on me if I didn't leave immediately...all over forgetting my license. Went to my car to grab it, came back in and they were still rude but was able to make purchase.

I highly encourage you to buy glass from Earthly Awakenings on federal Avenue instead of here at Timberline. As far back as Timberline has been open, has yielded squallorly customer relations and disgraceful business policy. Don't plan on a pipeeven working unless you pay at least $80, but then plan on that to immediately break with no sympathetic remediations whatsoever. I would bet half the 5 star reviews here are from staff members accounts, 325 is way too many to be natural, theyre just trying to balance their own reputation.

Store is really good for diverse options in brands. I usually only shop for hookah, cigars or pipe tobacco but haven't been let down by the shop yet.
They are easy to get along with and many employees seem to have a fair amount of personal experience with the product(s) in question.

I wish I couldn't even give them a star, they're terrible here. Either cheap or poor selection of products, and a team of scam artists for staff more concerned about taking your money than providing excellent customer service. Don't waste your money here! You'll only leave disappointed. Go to Riverwalk Vapors, instead! Hands down THE BEST place to go for all your smoke shop needs. The staff there represents their business MUCH more professionally and compassionately

This is just a quick response to Rainey Wilsons last post. I would like to give some context to the situation, I was actually in the store during this dispute. Someone bought her a product, fully knowing what it was made for, with her money. She decided she did not want the product hours after the transaction. She came into the store harassing the employes and demanding a refund over a fully functioning product. The employes followed their legal training and policies and stayed as respectful as they could during the situation. She then threatened to bomb the store and was extremley rude to the workers. This was the most childish way I have seen someone handle a situation. Props to the workers for putting up with such selfish people.

As a former employee of Timberline I know all the effort they put into making sure they are the best service in cache valley. They always strived to keep their employees informed on all the newest glass, gizmos, gifts and fine tobacco products. They also stressed customer service before anything else and rewarded us for being competitive and knowledgeable about product as well as held us to high standards of upholding the law. During the 3 years I spent working for Timberline I saw the company work through many difficulties but grew to appreciate the quality their family ran company put into their livelihood. Of my experience I learned quite a lot about tobacco products, regulations and grew to appreciate the community that frequents their Main Street location. In my opinion they are the best in Cache Valley and the only place I shop for tobacco related products and gifts.
