Bad customer service went there to get my sister me and my sister are over the age of 21 and I'm 34 she is 40 somthing and she wasn't with me I was picking them up for her and she said we aren't allowed to do third party sales and said I was being rude when I wasn't I know it's a state law but when we are clearly over 21 and you give me grief about this is uncalled for I wouldn't go to this smoke shop if it depends on it tell they improve on there customer service.

Easily the best shop with the best prices in Cache Valley. I have tried every other shop in town, and always end up back at Timberline. Staff is friendly and knows their stuff. You won't find better prices (especially on premium ejuice) anywhere else, hands down.

Timberline hosts a large variety of tobacco and vape products, with everything you need and more. The staff is extremely friendly, and are quick to establish relationships with customers. They are also extraordinarily competent and knowledgeable in all their products, and give wonderful recommendations if requested.
Overall, Timberline quickly becomes "The smoke shop", and visiting anywhere else feels like cheating on an old friend.

Great staff! Super easy to talk to and they were super helpful when I went in for some problems with my mod. The owner was a really sweet women and had no problems helping me! Would HIGHLY recommend this smoke shop!

Place is a joke. Return exchange policies are an even bigger joke. If you are looking for an "honest" smoke shop this isn't the place to shop. There's better places to buy your vaping accessories where they actually stand behind their products.

Edit 2: I decided to buy coils from Timberline again. One for my tank and another for my wife. Both coils were burnt up within a week. Obviously they are selling counterfeit coils again. The coils I get from the other vape shops in town last much longer and the cotton has a different taste. Frankly I'm done dealing with this place. Go somewhere else if you want legit coils.

Edit: After being contacted by the owner I was given a refund. They made everything right so I will change this to a 4 star. They also claim that they are no longer purchasing coils from the previous seller and only selling legitimate ones now.

Sold a box of counterfeit atomizers for the Atlantis tank. When we took them back we were given two more counterfeit atomizers. After explaining the situation to the manager we were told we could not get our money back to buy legitimate ones. I will be going in there to try and find legitimate atomizers but I doubt I will have much luck.

Was profiled, and treated unfairly based on appearance. It was very unprofessional and unterly insulting. I'm of age, ID in hand Wich they refused to even inspect or scan. Not saying they may not be good to some people but I definitely got profiled Wich is unacceptable in this day and age.

I recently purchased a Sigelei mod and RDA for my husband for Christmas. The staff was courteous and one went out of his way to set it up for us. We appreciated the setup and recommendations on e-juice flavors/brands. Thanks again and hope you continue the great customer service!

I bought a battery charger for my vape and I also bought batteries. They are both broken. Took them in the next day... they gave me the exact same ones and they also don’t work. So that’s 60$ down the drain. I would not recommend going to timberland... go to the vape shop by the jail.. better customer service and pricing ......
