Timberline Smoke & Vape Shop

Timberline is a rip off. Their products are terrible and they don’t allow you to exchange, all they care about is taking your money and not customer service friendly if there are any problems. The Vape shop on 10th west has much better service and are willing to work with you if there are problems.

This used to be on of the best shops in all of Utah. Sadly new ownership has complete destroyed it. They put up some fancy glass shelves and then decided to triple the price on everything including glass, coils, mods, and juice. If you want to overpay for low quality products, hit up Happy at Timberline and he’ll gladly bend you over.

This was the worst smoke shop I have ever been to in my life! The very worst customer service I have ever had! When I called back to complain, they gave me false names and wouldn’t let me talk to a manager! The girls name is supposedly Scarlett, and I have never been treasured so rude in my life! Would definitely never in my life go there ever again!!!

Timberline is full of excellent staff. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am visiting Logan from out of state and have made this my go to shop for cigars. I continue to be impressed by the team they have assembled here. I was assisted by little Mac and Jj today. I will continue to shop here as long as I am in town, and anytime I come back to Logan Thanks to their service and great attitude. Timberline also has a wide variety of other smoking and tobacco needs. So if you are looking for a great experience when shopping this is your one stop shop. Thank you guys see you in a few days.

Come here all time vaping needs. There always friendly. Think shop is amazing. One time want in got new tank. My debit card didn’t work and they where willing to put it on hold with some ejuice. Came back in different day was able buy tank and ejuice. Just say thank place great

The workers here are always so nice and helpful. Any questions we have are always answered. We really enjoying going in here to purchase things or to even just look around.

Good selection, but the staff wasn't very knowledgeable. They gave us the wrong pods even though we were very specific about exactly what we needed which meant a return trip.

This place doesn't honor their products I bought an 80 dollar smok mod that I put 5 new atomizers in and every one of them leaked so bad I went through 60 ml of juice in 2 days compared to the 10 days it usually lasts me and. I took it in twice but staff treated me like I was a liar or trying to get over on them. When in reality they got me. I was a frequent customer now ill never go back. The disrespect is real in this place go anywhere else

I purchased 3 coils for my vape from here on May 14th 2021 and when I returned 5 minutes later because I was given the wrong product I was told that the store would not exchange them for the correct ones. When asked what I'm supposed to do with three coils I was told I can buy a new tank or sell them to my friends. This is the worst customer service ever and I will NOT be returning back to this store. I was charged for the wrong item and with no refund or correction I was told I can buy a new tank for the coils or buy the correct ones. In my opinion when an employee makes a mistake they should not push that cost to the customer. Just exchange them and make your customers happy. I recommend any other shop people. I don't do reviews but this needed to be shared.

This Smoke Shop is literally the best, the new Owners are absolutely amazing and when I’ve had issues they do not hesitate to help me and 100% of the time they will immediately help solve my questions and issues. I really respect the owners! Josh is one of the Managers there as well and always has a “can do” positive attitude! He is very helpful and always shows respect! I appreciate you guys, I’m super happy with the changes the new owners have brought to the table! This smoke shop trumps many others I’ve been to!
