Extremely overpriced. You can get a vape at any other shop for $15-$20 CHEAPER. No reason they should be charging that much more

Long time customer ..won't be back tho 0 exchange policy even 30 seconds after you pay...... Even offered to exchange it for the cheaper item that i actually came in for and not want any of my money back.....my mistake for choosing this place as my "go to" smoke shop

Went there last night looking for a couple of cigars. A gentleman helped me there I didnt get his name. I told him what kind of cigar I was looking for and recommended two of them. I was impressed.

Love this smoke shop, Really the best around logan. They got everything and have a decent size glass section which is hard to find. I wish I could give five stars but honestly there this one employee there, named Tommy, that has to complement me every time I go in. At this point itβs no longer friendly itβs just creepy.

I saw some low reviews on yelp so i was nervous to go, but the guys in there were really nice! I bought a disposable vape and they let you test it in store to make sure it works, and if it doesnβt work theyβll give you a new one. Mine worked fine though. Good vape shop, no complaints

This establishment has poor tact and poor customer service. I told them that I was looking at pieces that I wanted to get as a gift for someone else. They told me that I can't buy for someone else then asked me to leave. They didn't simply inform me that he had to be present to buy and that I could only look and not buy that day without the patient it was intended for; they didn't even ask to see my medical card; they just told me to leave. From what I could see, all of their equipment was made in China. The downside to china made medical cannabis equipment for oils (which is often the cleanest modality) is that it is not designed in such a way that allows the patient to use their medicine in a prudent and conservative way. In other words, at least 50% of the medicinal oil is lost through using cheap china glass that does not support the American economy. I would suggest to these owners/workers that they have more discernment regarding what the law truly allows and when it is appropriate to educate someone. I also suggest that these shop owners educate themselves on what tools and materials are best and most beneficial for the patient instead of just going for the cheapest chinese product that cost patients who are already in pain, more resources.
