Timberline Smoke & Vape Shop

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because there was one person in the shop that ever tried to strike up a conversation with me or show some kind of personality. Otherwise, it was all business. The prices are incredibly high and the only reason I paid them was because I was new to the area and didn't realize there is another shop with a better vibe with much better prices. I'm not going to advertise for them, I don't think this is the appropriate place to do that, but do youself a favor and shop around. The last time I was in there, one of the young ladies that works there (the only pregnant and showing young woman) was hanging out with her friend that didn't work there at the counter openly discussing the "losers" that come into their shop because we're all "drug addicts" that "just don't get it and will never understand life". Me and two other gentlemen heard the conversation, I was the only one to walk out of the store. I called and talked to assistant manager and he apologized. I do appreciate that, I do, but that person still works there.... I personally found another store that appreciates my business.

I thought this was a good shop to get what I needed, but the new girl working there gave me the wrong bottle of juice. I didnt notice and didnt think to check, because I've never had a problem. So the bottle got opened while attempting to add some to my tank I notice the smell was off. Took the bottle back and they said they couldn't trade it because its opened. Said it was against the law. I said "well that sucks. Can I get a discount on another bottle of the right stuff that I thought I had already bought. And they told me they can't do any discounts. This mistake was not my fault, and I feel this was poor customer service. I've been going to this place for my supplies and juice for 2 years. My wife has been too. We'll not be coming in for anything ever again. Watch out for the new girl working in there, and check your products before opening.

Since the change in ownership glass prices have skyrocketed and it is not better quality. Do not go here for your glass needs. And I would please ask the owners to not reply to this review as they are not going to do anything to change this except say something along the lines of "more expensive glass equals better quality etc" thats just not the case here. There are better places to buy glass either at Earthly Awakening downtown or online.

Timberline has always been great to me as a customer.
They have always had what i need, or will go out of their way to make sure and get me the products i need. If its not in stock, or needs to be a new item in their shop they will make sure to get it for me as soon as possible.
I have been to many other shops that have way too high of prices and their sales staff holds an attitude that makes consumers feel like you owe them something for being in their store. They are not there to serve their loyal customers.
Timberline is not this way at all. They make me feel like i am welcome in their shop, and ready, and willing to help me out.
This is a shop worth calling your own and investing in.

Pretty nice store, very close to campus. The workers seem to be pretty laid back and are nice. They are less intrusive than other stores by simply asking to compare names on your ID and card (which we all know is to check age as well).

Always really loved Timberline. Good people, good products, good prices. I got my whole e-cig set up there, and I've been really happy with it. I have had the arctic sub ohm tank for several months, and it's still working perfectly. They also have a lot of glass to choose from, I bought a bunch as gifts, and I've just really always enjoyed my time there. I would highly recommend Timberline to anyone, either for shopping or just to check it out.

I normally don't take surveys or even recommend places to anyone because I have an abrasive personality; however - my experience at the timberline was top notch and I just can't resist. The owner immediately took an interest in helping my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for and having shopped all around Utah, I was very surprised at the prices. When I was young, these prices would have been unreasonable, but today these prices are the best I've seen. Two thumbs up !

Bought something already brokwn here, twice now. We'll see how they handle my returns. Really nice and knowledgeable employees, so I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Update you all on the outcome.

!!Zero stars!! I shopped there for about 9 years now, including the old south shop. About a carton a week, Kratom daily use and CBD also daily use for my dog. Also the random Vape systems, juices, etc. I stopped in on my way to work to grab my 2 cartons decided to pick up an Orion Q also. Knowing I can find them for 25$ I still payed the 70$ they charge. I'm that way I want I get now. Try it out at work and it heats to much and burns my lips (not a actual burn...if its hot I let go). I also let several other people try it, same effect. The very next day on my way to work I try to get a refund, NO GO it has to be a manufacturer defect. I'm tempted to hook my multimeter up to it and find out if it is defective. Ehh not worth my time, if you add up what I've spent there and what I spend monthly plus every one I share my story with. I think its better they never get a cent from me. Final....DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Again not about the price, I knew what it cost when I bought it. Local shopping doesn't justify a 100% plus mark up. System DID NOT come with pods. The two pack he grabbed for me cost 8.99 or 15.99 not sure there are two stickers and your receipt is not itemized. I tried my best to work with you. You basically spat in my face now I'm stuck with an item I bought from you that I can't use.
