I love they sell about every kind of nicotine products. I love the Hyde puff bars. Very big selection. And alot more stuff.

I never leave reviews so this is how bad Timberline is. EVERYTIME I’ve gone there, I have a problem with with what I buy - and every time I go back they treat me like trash and won’t take anything back. Every person there acts like they’re better than you and are so uniformed about the things they are selling it’s actually wild. Plus, they are SO expensive compared to every other smoke shop, it’s ridiculous.

Awesome experience at this store. Went in for cbd dog treats for our sick doggy and received sole of the best service ever. We spoke to a few members of their staff but spend most of our time talking to Vik. He was awesome and easy to talk to and also very knowledgeable about the product. Showed us multiple products and the dog treats we bought have worked wonders on our pup. Unfortunately she is in her last days but these treats made her last week much more comfortable. On the way out one of there members said to quote” make sure you give you dog extra loves for me”. Quite impressed. Great store. Thanks timberline!

I really enjoyed them in 2018! But all the products I’ve bought have all broke within 7 days and FYI they are way over price supplies for the bad quality! One includes a new mod that I spent 70$ on! Get the new suppliers. Please.

I visited today to get a new device in order to legally consume my legally procured medicine and they refused to help me with anything. This was after calling and asking questions, them telling me they could help me better in person and then driving 50+miles round trip only to be told they cannot serve me and telling me to leave. I have never felt so discriminated against by any other smoke shop, EVER, and I frequent quite a few. I will never visit this establishment again for any reason!

I bought a extremely over priced battery charger in a pinch 2 days ago that didn't not work properly. Took it back with my original receipt and packaging it came in to get my money back. I was told that the they do not do refunds nor would they give me in-store credit towards a different product. All they would do is give me another of that same product that has the same problem and doesn't work properly either! Not my first issue with this place but definitely will be my last. I've noticed this shop has really gone down hill since new ownership. Products are over priced and seem to be junk! The customer service today was terrible! I will do my part to persuade others to shop elsewhere

As a frequent glass shop visitor, I'd love to know what these "guidlines" are that prevent anyone from taking a picture or photo of the device I'm about to purchase or even the store is all about. I've never been denied that opportunity, anywhere, even in states where cannabis isn't "legal" considered these devices aren't sold solely for cannabis consumption. At least thats what you're suppose to say. Then to kick people out because they ask if you have anything other than cheap "chinaglass" that shouldn't be heated up and used regularly for "medical cannabis consumption" anyways. Seems like this shop is just another sad case of folks that refuse to educate themselves on the industry they are getting in and just trying to reach for some money. Folks in Logan, Utah deserve better.

Went in to purchase 2 item's, spent alittle over $40 & left a $5 Tip, returned within 5 minutes, I actually Never left the parking lot, 1 item wasn't what My Friend wanted, went back Inside & got the whole glass & return policy which I do understand & respect other than was not told about the policy upon purchase & consider the circumstances, Literally just walked back in the door. No discount, No Break, No Nada. I was a 1st & now last time customer simply due to that experience. Guess I should add that I gave back the item too. $22 down the drain & they'll just sell it again. I'll admit it's a nice place but Little High priced. It's Possible I would of done future business but Definitely will not see Me in there or recommending anyone to Spend their money there. 🤙ChicagoJim

This business takes Covid 19 seriously. Four people in the store at a time. Masks are required. The counters are behind plexiglass protection as well as the check out register. You will be asked for ID from very polite employees at checkout.
The staff is knowledgeable about all their products and they really help you make the right choice.
I have found their CBD products to be top quality. The owner is very pleasant and helpful.
I give Timberline a 5 star rating.
