Called about one of their vapes I bought from their shop. Couldnβt use it because it was broken. Lady on the phone told me there was nothing she could do the moment I walk out the door. How am I supposed to know if itβs broken or not? Do I just try them all then and there? Theyβre usually really good with customer service, but I would at least try to get my money back for the one thatβs broken or get a new one for the money I paid for it.
