Dropped my mod and the glass broke in the parking lot next to Volcano. Sales rep went above and beyond! Iβve always avoided this place, enjoying the smaller ma and pop shops in the area are better. But with how kind and helpful, Iβll be coming back because of her for sure.

Tiana is so awesome!!!! Had a rough day at work, then came home to a cracked tank, went in at the last hour on Sunday and she spent a good 10 mins looking for the right glass size for my tank while helping other costumers at the same time! Found the right tank and was willing to assemble it all back together without any problem! She was so caring and patient!

I went in to replace my old vape pen and was greatly impressed with the very friendly and informative customer service and great selection of products. They had the options available for demo and clearly pointed out the features and differences between them, which was really nice and helpful. Great selection of CBD products too and they are very knowledgable about their use. Highly recommended!
