We were greeted at the door with smiles and handshakes we felt very welcome. I love when I go into a place and I'm not having some aggressive employee try to sell me everything under the sun this guy was exactly the kind of person I like to see and deal with when I go to spend money We had the best experience at Cloud 9 chase the manager there was so knowledgeable and completely friendly an absolute Jewel Cloud 9 absolutely lucky to have him he went above and beyond our expectations and helped us with our vaping needs and was completely a delight to talk to next time I have any needs for my vape or any replacement pieces I need to buy I'll be going to see chase at Cloud 9 and Woodstock off of 92 thank you so much we enjoyed the experience see you soon next time I break the glass on my vape or accidentally burn up my coil

I recently went this store looking for a cartridge, and they kept telling my I needed suction device to transfer oil. I didnt think I needed it and asked if I could return it. The girl working (short, brunette hair) said yes you can. I transferred my oil with no need for the suction thing they sold me. Came back the next day to return it, and they said tobacco products are not returnable. Its a piece of plastic in an unopened box... Sales people, don't lie to your customers. You have lost my business over $5, and I will be sure tell everyone I know to find a different shop.

Came in expecting to buy a pop bar (with a price of ten dollars) but they weren’t in stock. An employee talked me in to purchasing a brand I had never even heard of called orb promising me it would last four times as long as the pop bar I was looking for. Well the vape lasted a whole two hours and died leaving me without nicotine. I returned the next day extremely frustrated to get some sort of compensation or a new device in the hopes that it was one bad device out of the batch and the employee dismissed me as though I had made the whole thing up stating that it is not their policy to refund a tobacco product. Let me put this in perspective it would be like going to a gas station to purchase a pack of cigarettes and opening the pack to find that it only contained two cigarettes and I know for a fact a reputable company like QT would certainly exchange the faulty pack for a fresh one.So not only did they convince me to spend more money than I intended the product they were pushing on me was faulty and the customer service was non existent. I am extremely disappointed and out twenty dollars that could have bought me two of the pop bars I was looking for. To anyone looking to buy a disposable vape avoid both the orb brand and cloud 9 their employees seem to care more about sitting around and vaping than taking care of a customer they have blatantly wronged. I would recommend going to xhale city right up highway 92 not even a quarter mile away their employees are vastly better they have better prices and the products they sell perform as promised. Avoid cloud nine like the plague unless you enjoy being ripped off and treated like you don’t matter.

I'm new to vaping so I'm not expert but the guys at Cloud 9 really helped me figure out what I wanted. Apparently I like dessert style flavors and dense, hard hits that produce clouds. I wish I knew the name of the guy who has helped me because he is super patient and laid back. Also lots of good pipes and whatnot if you are into that kind of thing. It's a nice atmosphere so I'm kind of bummed that they changed the law where you can't try samples because it was fun to hang out there, almost like a bar, since I don't drink that much.
