The customer service was on point when i walked in there where super chill and able to answer any question i had, Mehdi especially was able to answer all my questions and took time out of his day to call another location to see if they had what I wanted everyone to hit up cloud 9 they treat ya like family.

Why, I don't know. I had submitted a 3 star review earlier by mistake. Cloud 9 reaching out was the ONLY thing that brought it to my attention. My apologies.
Here is what is important. When I smoked, vaped, and used other items available for purchase from Cloud 9, I went there because of a friend's recommendation. I was a customer for several years. They take care of their customers and are very helpful. I have subsequently been vape and smoke free thanks to, at the time, some good advice on cessation and gear from one of the Cloud 9 employees.

I shop the Woodstock store on Hwy 92 and the staff working are ALWAYS super friendly! The selection is incredible and I have shopped with SEVERAL vape shops but Cloud 9 is THE best. Give them a try!

Unfortunately this place does not take care of you once you purchase the product. Bought a vape that was leaking all my juice on 2 pods, the leaking started 6 days after purchase. No warranty or customer care, they offered a "discount" on a coil that may or may not resolve the issue.
Would not recommend!

Be careful when you decide to spend money here. I was given no explanations of their return/exchange policy when I bought my vape battery which short circuited and stopped functioning after 3 days. When I brought it back they said due to their return policy and FDA laws (what?) there was nothing they could do but I COULD claim warranty through the manufacturer who may or may not honor it after taking months to go through the process. I was actually told I was better off buying a new one.
After I consulted with another vape shop I was told that isn't how FDA laws work at all and Cloud 9 basically ripped me off and didn't want to make the return. My trashcan appreciated the meal I fed it.
