Every time I come in here I am pleasantly surprised to find that they are well-stocked (more so than other local shops, in my experience) and the staff is super helpful. I feel like I'm always asking a ton of questions, but no one has ever made me feel rushed or like helping me is a burden. I also really appreciate their rewards program, because it applies to all their stores and it definitely helps you save if you're a frequent shopper. Thanks so much to all the helpful employees and management at this one in particular. :)

I like this store and their selection. Nice clean store compared to some I've shopped in, or maybe I should say this store is very well organized and had a good vibe. Manager is a very nice and smart person. He knew his stuff... wish I had more time to learn about the products.

I went in to purchase coils for my mod and they didnβt carry them. I purchased a new mod specifically because they said they carried the coils for it. They also sold me a whole box of coils for the mod. The coils they sold me and the ones they said would fit did not fit so I tried to return them. I was told I need a receipt. This typically wouldnβt be an issue if this was my mistake but I bought them because staff informed me they would fit. Iβm stuck with a full box I have no use for. Seems a little crazy to me that they canβt just exchange the purchased box with the right one and eat the 3 or 4 dollars for the one that didnβt fit rather than lose a customer.

I have not been to this location in months. There are some new employees and they seem a lot friendlier than previous employees. They definitely have a large selection of vape products.

I love this place. The staff that work here are nice and actually know what they selling. My last trip to the store was sad. They need a new card machine. I had a slide card but the sliding part did not work so happy i had another card in the car!
UPDATED: The card machine is fixed. Love it!

Been going here a while and had an ok experience, but today.. We needed to buy a new vaping device for my wife as her old one broke. So we go there, select a setup (not cheap) and ask for some coils. Guy gives us coils, turns out they are wrong ones (he checks just after we pay), vape is a new device weβre not familiar with and he announces they are wrong. Guy apologized for picking the wrong ones but canβt do a refund. Have to wait for the manager. So we go back later to be told, at first, we canβt have a refund, only exchange. Itβs their mistake but we need coils so fine. We pick the correct fitment (but not the resistance we really want) and decide to grab some more juice as well to make for the shortfall (correct coils are cheaper). We get to the till and he rings it up and itβs $30. βSo what about the exchange?β I ask. βSorry, canβt exchange, I can do a 20% discount onlyβ. It was their error and they wonβt refund or exchange???
Really, really poor customer service. Lost us as a customer.
How you handle resolving issues (especially ones your business created) says a lot.
Will not use again and would not recommend.
EDIT: Update. I've emailed the provided address and still not had a response (and yes, I've checked my spam filters, and yes, I know how to do that).
