Went in today for a rhe rig. Store was super clean and organized and the staff were really helpful. Mary and Chris were there and they both helped me find everything I needed. The store has a ton of eliquid to pick from which was also something I was interested in. They also always do but 2 get 1 free which is great. Ended up getting an e-nail, incense and vape liquid all for a super good price. 10/10 would shop again.

Be Careful what you buy, the timber fire og products leak . Apparently by law they can't take back and exchange a faulty product. The old store I went to would. A Little confusing but I'll be going back to the old store.

I have been in this smoke shop last Thursday and bought 1 juul pod which was suggested by there employee and he forced me to take 2nd pod for 10$ and I took those pods for $27 for 2 pack of pods.
1. The pods which he was suggested taste was really worst.
2. I went to replace those products with some other they have rejected on my face to replace.
3. I lost my $27 for not using there products and poor customer service
4. I kept those products on there desk and came out of store for poor customer service (a lady in that store doesn’t know how to treat customers)
5. I hate come here again since they don’t know how to suggest good things to customers and they only know how to loot customers money

We purchased some products and they charged our card and after they said the card did not go through, we paid cash but later when the transaction showed up on our accound they wont give us a refund! Avoid this shop to save yourself some trouble.

They focus a lot on bongs and glassware. The staff is hit or miss. It is easy to get to with plenty of parking. Juice selection is okay, but not great. I shop here when I cant make it to VapeZone.
