Do not go to any other smoke shop but cloud 9 in Roswell, Claire and Suzanne were so incredibly helpful, wasn’t really interested in spending too much but the experience was so pleasant that I would have bought the store out. Really excited about this new location and I hope they continues to thrive will recommend this place to any of my friends. Great customer service both need fat raises! Will be back for sure. I've been going to this place for years and spent potentially thousands of dollars in store. I recently purchased a new vape that was faulty after only an hour of use. When i went to return it they said the only thing they could do is a 10% discount and i have to BUY a new one. Ive gotten faulty vapes from many other stores, it happens, and they always replace them no questions asked. Safe to say i will not be coming back again.
