First off, the service I usually get at this location is POOR. But today that changed when I met Josh, he was absolutely GREAT ! Very interactive, helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly kind! We had a great conversation and he helped me find what I need as well as providing great feedback on the products. Thanks , Josh for changing my mind about cloud 9 !!

I’ve been coming to this location since March and have never had a problem until October 24th when I purchased a water pipe . I got it for my girlfriend and was told I’d be given a discount because it was her birthday. The pipe retailed for $300 and the piece I got was $25. I was charged $339. What kind of birthday discount is that ?! I’ve been a member since March. Big thank you to Roman today he convinced me not to stop coming and sold me a nice piece as well.

Isaac(i believe his name was) was absolutely fantastic help! Went in there for an exxus snap, left with YoCan Uni pro and some other goodies! Wonderful staff, large variety store! Highly recommend 🤙🏼

I absolutely love this place. The staff is incredible and want to help you find what you are looking for. I went in for a tray and was shown many options. All of them I liked. Also their CBD gummies are the best! They are perfect after a crazy day at work. Would definitely recommend this shop!

Incredibly poor service. Went in for vape coils and was sold coils that absolutely don’t even work with the vape I have. Not comparable whatsoever. Went back in to ask what the deal was and despite being sold the wrong coils (that they admit they incorrectly sold) was offered nothing to make it right only to buy more coils and trust they were selling me the correct ones. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here. They clearly don’t have employees who know what they’re selling or talking about. If you’re going to Cloud 9 go to the one in Johns Creek or Norcross.

Such a good experience! First time being I a vape shop and was treated amazingly! I don't recall his name but the guy was supper sweet and even went as far as letting me know of a black owned smoke brand! He was very informative and answered all my questions! Loved that. Much respect! Will definitely be back.

This place was wonderful. The workers were super nice. Kelly was the employee who helped me out. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I will definitely be a frequent customer there!
