High quality glass, really pretty store. Their vape selection has a lot more variety than most smoke shops that try to sell Vapes alongside. Not your typical head shop for sure. Very good all 'rounder for hookahs, glass, and electronic cigarettes

Total scam, horrible customer service, left the store buying a product recommended by unknowledgeable staff, turned around went right back in after reading product review, product was not what employee stated, then was treated rudely by manager and denied exchange.

First time ever being in Cloud nine and I was blown away the second I walked in. I've never seen a display of glass like it before. They have ansolutely everything you need but more importantly everything you want too. There was probably a thousand items in there I had questions about and it seemed like Mary had an asnwer for every one. Not sure if I'll ever go to another smoke shop besides this one from now on.
