Love this shop!! Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable! Sierra was a big help at the Woodstock location! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

BEWARE. No return or exchange policy even if the product you buy stops working after a couple of days. The rudest most disgusting customer service I have ever received after buying a faulty product from a company. I never write bad reviews. I usually suck it up and keep it moving. The way I was treated was like dealing with some back alley hustler fronting as a legitimate business. I just couldn't let this go unheard. No one should be cheated out of their hard working money the way I was.

The guys I met there were very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. I've been going here for years and I don't see myself going anywhere else anytime soon.

Coming into cloud 9 is like going to a friends house. The team is so welcoming and informed about all their products. 5 star rating all the way!

The staff are all friendly. They have the largest selection of CBD, Kratom, and water pipes. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

I came in. Great clean looking store. The sales accoicate helped me with my purchase. Very kind and helpful. Absolutely! I will come back. Also, they have a Great selection!

My husband and myself had came to this shop a few months ago while we were on a little road trip. We came into this shop around 10pm if I remember correctly and we were just browsing at first. Then an e-nail caught his eye and an employee was showing him two different kinds of the e-nails that the shop carried. He was telling us about the coil and how everything worked. My husband decided he wanted the one that cost around $400. The male employee was putting everything back in its original box and we went to the counter and paid for our e-nail and we left and continued our trip back home to Salem, VA. 3-4am comes around and we arrive back home. Once inside, he opened up the box so we could use our new toy. Once opened, we found the e-nail didn’t have the coil with it, like it was supposed to. So, we had spent $400+ on a pelinail that we couldn’t use due to your employee not putting the coil back in our box like he was supposed to. Reminder: Sandy Springs, GA to Salem, VA. We waited until your store was open the following day to call. My husband told a different employee why had happened, read out loud the receipt we got with the e-nail, and stressed how far we were and how unprofessional it was for that specific employee to put our coil in the other e-nails box right along with the other enails coil. The employee we spoke to that following morning told him that there was nothing they could do about it and that it was out of their hands.
I have never been in a smoke shop that was so distracted and unprofessional like this one. I would not recommend taking your eyes off of the product you wish to purchase, in case this were to happen to somebody else. Not to mention spending that much money on a product just to find out, states away, that you were basically robbed of that money and what you were paying for.
