I've been here in the past several years & was somewhat okay with the customer service...but NOT today...an employee Matt was excellent with customer service!!Very helpful & sincere with a smile.I can tell he has a huge knowledge of ecigs. New to CBD for health issues and have spent lots of time learning about it from the store employees and owner. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful that I’ve learned a lot in a short time. Not all CBD(s) are the same - some brands are better than others for different health issues, some edibles help me sleep, some edibles chill me out, vaping CBD keeps my nervous system calm during the day and is more affordable - I could go on and on.
All of the info I’ve received and help from the staff to figure out the best products at the best prices for my health needs is invaluable. The first hand knowledge of the products is something I could not have researched online and the prices are the same (or less) than what I’ve seen online.
The store is spotless, organized, well lit, conveniently located right off Roswell Road with plenty of parking and has extended hours.
There are some legal restrictions on returning defective CBD oil cartridges, but the owner and Jack (employee) went out of their way to make things right for me when a CBD cartridge was defective. And, as long as I open future ones in the store, Cloud 9 can replace any items that have manufacturing defects on the spot.
I am grateful to have such a valuable health resource in Sandy Springs. Think globally, shop locally - thanks Cloud 9!
