So very expensive, but you just can't get this kind of service and hello at ANY other vape shop in Spokane! And I mean it. The smaller shops are loaded with stuff, but most people don't know that most of the stock they have is expired or about to expire. I have many friends who have gotten sick from vape juice at other locations, but never an issue here.
Thank you guys for keeping your stock in good condition.
p.s. also they are very helpful in picking a flavor!
And their return policy is second to none!

Very disappointed with the level of knowledge of an employee working at the Shadle Vapor Lounge.
Asked about a mod and whether it accepted a 21700 battery and the employee told me that she "had never heard of 21700 batteries". The other employee working the counter also said he didn't know what they were.
Apparently in her 8 years working in the industry, this employee has yet to research anything related to vaping.
I'll stick to the Airway Heights store for any vaping needs. They are very knowledgeable about vaping products.
Edit: Thank you Andrea for reaching out. It's clear that you care deeply for the reputation of your stores. Because of this, I'll raise my rating from a 1 to 3 stars. Next time in town I'll stop by again and see the changes and see if I'll need to edit this review yet again.

I came in last night with my friend And had great service for getting the right vapor juice my new mod and had great help getting my mod all set up for us he gave us his undivided attention and when costumers he helped them then came back to help us thank you so much David for helping us last night I would give u employee of the year for the great service u gave us

I was in that store 2 days, and heard the sales person Andrea lassiter tell at least 3 customer's what works in detailed description.I paid over 150.00 on her information, but when I found out that it is crap. I sent the product back and was told no refund for it.NEVER GO TO THIS STORE, you will get screwed! !!!!!!!
