The gentleman who helped me this morning was the best! I've been vaping for 5 years now, and he told me things, that I had no idea I was doing wrong. Ways to save the wear and tear of my batteries and fob. No one has EVER explained these things to me before! I had my fob catch fire and now I know why. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

You guys consistently Sell me the wrong items. Due to your lack of return policy I can’t bring back the items that don’t fit my vape. I don’t know why you got rid of your old staff, but the new staff is a joke. So much of a joke that I drive all the way to post falls for better pricing and people that actually know what they’re doing. Your store has just become a terrible place with no customer service.

Every time I've ever went to the "Shadel" Vapor Lounge; little miss Ruthi Fisette has been the sweetest help ever. I've enjoyed getting to know her & enjoyed her very compassionate professional help. Since my 1st visit back in April (now Aug. 1st) i have completely quit smoking with her help. I was a 2 pak a day smoker.
