Only went there the one time today. I always hear good things about them so when I had a problem my regular vape shop was screwing me around on a problem I had LCV gave me quick, easy, well priced solution. And I needed it Lol Plus they were friendly which is always nice. I looked around and they had like twice the selection Ive seen in stores twice their size so it was an altogether 5 star experience for me. I will definitely start going there more in the future 😊

One of the main reasons why i started coming here is cause i heard ALL sorts of good things about lilac city vapor!! So I just recently started going to these guys,but each time I've gone they have been really cool with me and they've helped me out so much. Plus I'm still learning things with my mod and the rest of the pieces that go with it,which they've been a lot of help with. Holy smokes, apparently I reviewed these guys poorly, for a somewhat silly reason.
Well, I didn't stop patronizing the store, and have grown quite fond of the store and the folks who man the store. So, I am glad I came on here to review them well, so I could be ashamed of my impulsive decision to overblow a small issue I had. Either way, they have been the best overall experience with a vape store.

They have a ton of e-liquid and they're not struggling to carry 0mg options which are a lot of other stores anymore. All the personnel were vey friendly and knowledgeable. On top of which, they carry coils which will work with my vape and they've got plenty of hardware to drool over. Their prices are fair and they deserve your consideration if not also your business!

So I was in this vapor store the other day, and I was looking for some Myle pods. Unfortunately, this vapor store did not carry them, and when I asked where I could find some in town, I was told that there was nowhere to pick them up locally. Disappointed I turned to leave, and I was walking out the door the employee called me back. He personally took his own Myle pod and gave it to me and said, "Keep it!" I was shocked! Wowed! Did he just do that for me? Now that is excellent customer service! This is too genuine to go unnoticed! As for the store itself, it was well stocked with all types of vapor product, very neat and tidy. Little to say besides that I was very impressed.

Literally the best vape shop in spokane (have been a frequent to many shops since 2014). These guys are passionate about getting people off of cigarettes and onto a healthier alternative. Brad the owner, is by far the best local business owner i have had the pleasure of knowing. Tyler, Cash, and Manny are awesome employees and easy to connect with. Prices are fair, (Wa ejuice tax is just outrageous).

I used to love coming to this shop because they have really good prices I've bought numerous vapes juices and coils with no problem until I recently bought a certain vape from them that continues to dump all my juice out of it. Brought it in to the store 3 different times and each time they blamed me for the problem and took the vape apart then reassembled it. Today I go in there because it's still leaking and instead of just exchanging it for something that works (not even asking for my 60 bucks back) they tell me they cant and my only option is to buy a whole new vape. By far the worst customer service ever. I'm no longer shopping here and I hope they read this and improve how they handle these situations. If I could give negative stars I would

Just went in to find a cheap atomizer to use while the parts for mine came in the mail. They couldn't have been more friendly or attentive. I will definitely be going back, no other store in Spokane has been this helpful.
