This shop is the place to go to if you're looking for the NEW and HOT stuff!!! They literally always have the new products I am looking for and all of the new juices too!! You will even be surprised at their pricing as well. I cannot praise this shop more Brad and the entire staff have been nothing but helpful in my quest to end smoking! 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone looking for vape products!!

Awful hours and questionable stock on hand. 10:00 am as an opening time is ridiculous.
The location is bad too, located on hamilton the slowest street in spokane.
Wish other shops used my flavor but baggers can't be choosers so I'll keep coming...

I've been to many of the shops in Spokane for my e-cig supplies but once I found Lilac City they became the only one I continue to shop from. The staff is super friendly and the owner is absolutely amazing. They don't pressure you to buy things you don't need and are always more than happy to answer questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I don't go anywhere else in town. There's a reason it has this many 5 star reviews. I would give it 11 stars if I could. Brad, Tyler, Manny, Kash, and Kody are the best team in Spokane. And they are loyal to a fault. I cannot say enough kind words about this place. Brad is one of the best business owners I have met to this day. He will treat you right every single time.

Do you like a friendly atmosphere? A place you can go where you're not constantly having product shoved down your throat? Do you like friendly employees who care about your vapor experience? If so, don't go here. The employees are rude, they talk down to you, and are little to no help. I was a new vaper, went here to get the tank my buddy gave me fixed. After I paid them to repair my tank, they told ME to do it and set me up with the worst yet most expensive juice I could buy. And being a new vapor, I didn't know any better. Don't go here. Go anywhere else but here. If you're in the area, down the block is a place called recoil... Just spare yourself the experience I had with lilac vapor and go ANYWHERE else...

Best people in the whole industry! Got something for almost everyone and amazing products. My ZERO cartridge is like 4 bucks after tax. Everyone else charges like 7 or 8 bucks. U do the math
