This is my favorite vape shop. I've been coming here for a couple years. All the employees provide an excellent experience. They reccomend the right products and are very knowledgeable , as well as polite and professional. The owner Brad is a cool guy and I'm proud to support this awesome local business

It’s very very sad my husband and I have been coming here for years spent countless amounts of money and come in today to purchase something and I’m looking at some things that are set out on your counter wanting to buy them then to be yelled at and accused that I’m going to steal it and it makes the girl working today uncomfortable ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! There was another gentleman employee right in front of me!!! This isn’t the first issue We’ve had with her either she’s always very rude and never willing to help! We will never shop here again!!! So unbelievably unprofessional of her !!!

Give this place 5 stars. 2 thumbs up. 100/100 i cant really say anything bad about this place. Excellent and very diverse variety of peoducts.. You can customize everything from the ground up mods tanks colors. And the juice selection is impossible to sample them all.. I peesonally went with the voopoo Drag2 super impressed would recommend it to anyone just starting out even the old timers thag been vaping since the begining... All in all great place

Went to lilac city today and a gentleman there helped me figure out what I needed, everyone there is super nice and very helpful, amazing prices and amazing staff as well, the guy that helped me also taught me a few things about vaping that I didn't know, awesome atmosphere, amazing staff, this will be my #1 store from now on, thank you all so much for all the help

The only reason I'm editing my review is to agree. I've been treated rudely as well. This really needs addressed according to quite a few comments on how customers were treated. Next time I'll get a name.

Great selection but nothing has prices and a few of the staff are quite rude. A bit pricey too. If you can order online do so, you'll save money and be treated as if you're a customer not an annoyance.

Friendly staff who have experience and know their products. Good selection and prices. They had a color of a certain Voopoo box mod that no other vape shop in Spokane or the valley had. They also sell vape juices in the boxes where a lot of vape shops take the bottles out of them.

An excellent vape shop experience. Great prices and excellent staff. I arrived 2 minutes before they closed and they still let me in and stayed open an extra 15 minutes for me. I appreciate that. Helped me find the exact coil I needed and offered alternative coil varieties and newer tanks at decent prices and explained how they compare to mine as well as why it's worth upgrading to a new tank. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Thank you for a great shopping experience.
