Lilac City Vapor

Lilac City has a huge selection of vaping products. It may not be as pretty as Vapor Lounge, but their customer service and product knowledge is above and beyond. All of their employees know about all of their products it seems... (Unless you happen to catch a new hire, which is rare). Their prices are fair... about the same as the other vape stores in town, but they carry quality juices. They don't carry any of the cheap stuff.

I do wish they had sales more than once in a blue moon. They do have one of those point systems at checkout, but those don't get you much and all the vape stores have them. There is also somewhat of a vibe like a car lot. Like you walk in and it's hard to just be left alone to browse yourself. They kind of follow you as if it's possible you could steal something. That is probably just my own personal con though, some people like having the hold-your-hand customer service. Anyway, aside from that, Lilac City is by far my favorite vape shop that I have been to.

Being new to vaping myself, I felt a bit aimless but, through knowledgeable and kind staff, I left the store with a huge smile on my face. Their store is clean, organized and a great place to have any questions answered. They sell rigs, more juice flavors to count and a great selection of disposable options. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

If you're looking for a reliable vape shop with fair prices, a VERY large selection of devices and e juice, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and just an overall pleasant experience, then this should be your go to spot. It's a little out of the way, but it's absolutely worth the trip. Plus, they have really cool vinyl decals so you can represent this awesome shop! Thank you LCV!

Best selection around with the most competitive prices. Their prices are higher than online stores but completely worth it. I've been to a lot of vape shops in Spokane and Lilac has the most reasonably priced inventory of any I have found. The staff there is always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about their products. Far more professional than the other shops I have visited.

My first stop here was when I bought my subtank plus. They are extremely helpful friendly. I have made this my go to shop for all my equipment. Had a couple issues with my box mod but they were helpful set it right and out the door I went happy. I have bought 3 tanks there and all were authentic same with my latest box mod. Hands down worth the stop if you want outstanding service and knowledgeable staff.

These guys have the best prices around, great selection and the staff are very knowledgeable. It's truly impressive to me how much they know, how familiar they are with their merchandise and how able, willing and happy they are to help! Myself, my fiance and many others I know have gone in with an ecig issue and if they could fix it without new parts, they did - no charge. I've learned a lot from them and will definitely continue buying my vapor products there as well as referring friends!

I personally know the owner Brad from just being a customer. I've always had smiling faces when I walk in. They have the best service in Spokane. Would highly recommend this place to anyone for their E-cig needs. I've been going here for years and I'm definitely a lifelong customer!!

Allowing DIY parties to ship to store would be appreciated by many, potentially... I know I'd pay a small fee to have this convenience..

Best vape shop in town! Friendliest employees who have the knowledge From A-Z, and are always fun to just hangout and talk with. They got the coolest owner in town. 10/10 wouldn’t recommended or go anywhere else in town.
