I came in on the twentieth and i just want it noted that i had the best customer service here that ive had since i moved to the state from colorado. the whole staff greeted me the moment i walked in the door, everyone smiling and cheerful. but i do want to give Chris and the nice lady with red hair, i didnt catch her name, a special shout out, their product knowledge was on point and every second i was in the store they had me laughing and i left with a massive grin. and not to mention the water pipe i bought is a dream come to true!! these people rock!

I have crossed paths with a lot of smoke shop clerks in my day. None have given me pure joy like Sam does every time I see her. She is very knowledgeable about all the products and has been a huge help to me on countless occasions. Xfusion has a true asset to their company in this young woman.

Great store amazing environment employee SAM is absolutely heavensent.. they make you feel at home as soon as you walk through the door had some technical difficulties with a item I purchased and let them know and they helped me the same day.... 5/5 would highly recommend

Great store, have everything you can need for all levels of smoke/vape. Employee Flint was an amazing help. He was knowledgeable and great customer service skills. His expertise helped me get a better Salt vape and saved me money! (The entire staff is amazing, but ask for Flint and your sure to get the best advice for your needs!

I commute 20 minutes just for these guys. Bryce and Reme are awesome! This place has a huge selection and their prices are really good. Customer service is amazing and they are always happy to see you. Highly recommend!!
