Went to the store to buy a new vape. As mine was not working correctly. The gentleman working. Advised I should try a different coil that he recommended first before buying a new vape. I took his recommendation. Got home and they didn't fit. Went back the next day. And a different employee refused to exchange. Stating I have opened one coil. Well, obviously I have to try and install to find it doesn't fit. I didn't ask for these and I sure didn't pick them out. I appreciate your trying to save me money. But I should have to pay for the employee's mistake. I bought a new vape from a different store and will not be returning

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly!! Xfusion is my new goto vape shop they are fast,friendly and helpful. The girl that helped me was the best, she answered all my questions in detail so that an old guy Like me could understand. She even made sure to clue me in on their deals to save me money!!!
