Friendly and helpful.They have enough staff to help more than one customer at a time. Most vape shops tend to have blinders on and cant even acknowledge a new customer when they walk in the door.Most importantly they finally started carrying Cassadaga, so will buy it from them instead of less friendly competition. Thanx😇

I am really happy with what I bought (kangertech Subvod kit), I was just disappointed when I found out it was two generations behind and I payed more than I would have for a current gen else where :/ That's awesome about the cafe, do/will they allow vaping inside?

Very friendly customer service. One girl in particular is our favorite and we always look forward to seeing her when we are in need of vape fluid. She is very helpful and recommends new flavors to try which 9/10 times are AMAZING. She is very honest about the products and is quick and efficient. Xfusions has been our choice vape shop for a while now and I don’t foresee that changing anytime soon. Highly recommend this shop for your smoke/vape needs.
