I went there earlier looking for a coil for my boyfriends vape, there was some confusion about the coil we needed but Jake was a great help figuring it out. He was very friendly and helped us get the problem resolved.

Great shop, I shop about once every 2 weeks there and I’m treated like a new customer every time. They are always willing to help me with my vape needs. They go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with the service I get. Bought a vape there about a year ago and have had no problems. Love that place !!

I bought a vape for 12 dollars and it didn't work, I called the place asked for a refund but they said they don't do that. I have to contact the manufacturer. I latterly called them 5 minutes afterI left.. What a waste of time and money..

Forever a Fusion customer!
My experience here was great! First of all, the gentleman working was so nice and understanding about my son being with me, he even allowed him to coming inside the store! While I was there, he was incredibly helpful as I was starting over from scratch with all my camping needs. He explained everything to me in great detail and was exceptionally helpful! He also gave me a GREAT deal on everything I purchased which was a Smok H-Priv 220w kit, 3 e-liquids, 2 rechargeable batteries- with charger, and a lifetime warranty for about HALF the original price!
I will be going to Fusion for all my smoke needs for as long as I'm in the Ocala area!
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vape or vape accessories!
