They will lie to your face. I was asking about flower pens and the sales girl lied to my face about the pens and sold me a "multi purpose pen" that was really only a travel dab pen. She told me that she had personally used the pen for flower and dabs and that she really liked this kind (more expensive one than the original one I asked about that actually was a flower vaporizor) and if she had actually ever even opened the box she would have known it was a dab pen only. Oh and no return policy. Go to illusions for your glass needs and any where else for other smoking apparatuses.

I got a nail from there but it was too small. So came back bought one that fit and tried to return the other the one. One employee Said wait till my manager is back monday that can exchange it. Come back monday no manager but just rude petulant respones of staff..
