Purchased a vape pen battery attachment as House of Dankness recommended them to buy battery pack for an oil cartridge I just purchased from them. Pen battery only lasted a couple days before it was no longer able to recharge and now is completely worthless. Talked to several employees and they said the manager would be in later so contacted again trying to talk to manager and finally just came back in the store which is really inconvenient since I live up North and I-270 is always backed up no matter what time of day it is. The older African-American person who works there treated me like I was a criminal or that I was a complete idiot for even purchasing the battery pack stating it is their cheapest one and you get what you pay for. Why would Rusty's be selling products that they know are defective in quality and workmanship? I purchased a more expensive vape pen battery pack as he was not willing to work with me on my recent purchase of the battery pack and acted very arrogant the entire time even though I was purchasing a new one without receiving any credit for the one I just purchased. He was completely unprofessional and acted like he wanted me out of his face even though I was being cordial and buying another product from them. I have been to other smoke shops who are much more customer friendly and focused and actually have much better pricing. Do yourself a favor and research your products before coming to this place as you might find there are much cheaper options at other smoke shops who actually try to take care of the customer and stand by their products that they sale.
