This shop is ok. Customer service on the vape side 👎! No kinda deals, no sampling, no %off. Dude was like i got this and that. Y'all should have taste tester mods and tips so ur customers can taste what their buying. First time there.... But, it won't be my last. Ill be back and hopefully y'all have some kinda specials going on. Peace.

Not employees fault but would not do a exchange from the other store without a receipt when we were not given one, and he could have called the other location. I would shop elsewhere.

Absolutely worst service I have ever received from a vape shop. The older gentleman in the store had no idea what I was talking about in regards to a new coil for my vape pen. He also had very little products to work with in the first place. Clearly he specializes in misleading and ripping people off. He also called me rude for calling the manufacturers of my pen on the phone to try to figure out what I needed. This store needs to have someone who is knowledgeable and helpful, because this particular gentleman was very unhelpful, and rude.

Alejandro the guy who checked me out had very bad customer service and was just rude because he was in a hurry to eat. I will never go back and will tell anyone I know not to go there for the way I was treated.
