I'm only leaving two because I've HAD good service here before. But yesterday my friend and I visited because I needed a coil for my vape. I'm not very knowledgeable about vapes. So I asked for a coil for the baby beast model. The man who helped me was SO rude about it. Treating me like I was stupid Instead of just asking to see my vape. Thank God my friend knew when I needed and told him. She then asked if she could use the Valentines Day coupon that she received as a text and he had here's her to delete it before he'd give her a discount because he said "I know what you're going to do" In an accusatory tone.. .. For a $5 coil! He was an unpleasant and GRUMPY older man. Definitely not planning on going back any time soon.

The worst vape shop in the Denver area. I have visited this location twice. The first time the gentleman working was cold and rude to both my boyfriend and I. He rudely told me that a part for my dab straw was not in existence anywhere (even though I've seen the piece I needed online, and at one or two other smoke stores. The second time I went in, looking for a specialty connection piece for my bong, both employees outright ignored my attempts to explain the piece I needed, and then would not stop insististing that the part I needed wasnt in existence (even though I know what parts my bong came with?)(Also went to MixedUp directly after and the guy working took me right to the piece I was talking about). Finally I gave up and asked if they had any coils that would fit my vape. They informed me they didn't have any, I thanked him for looking and started to leave, when the employee told me to have a good day, about 3 steps from the door, still well within earshot he mutters under his breath "or not" and then continues to say some other things as I'm over it by then and leave the store. Absolutly horrendous customer service. Just lost at least 5 other customers that did regularly shop there.

called to ask if they have smok nord kits. The guy working this morning just told me yeah we do without even checking. When I told him I'm coming to pick it up he suddenly doesn't have it anymore, because he didn't actually check the first time. Lazy vape shop employees are the worst. How hard is it to walk over to a shelf and look to see if something is out of stock? Pure laziness.

Customer service is terrible. Always out of product or won't sell products they do have because it hasn't been added to inventory. The man is rude, at best. I think it's awful this is the only option for people on this side of town. Great potential, poor execution.
