I got a battery at 3:30 pm and charged it I went to use it at 5 and it broke in pieces. I tried to show them they sold me a broken battery and the employee was very rude. I get no refunds if it was days but hours? I just wanted to exchange. Do not use them

Regardless of the fact that they are one of the most expensive smoke shops that I have been to in Utah I up until today went here regularly and spent a lot of money. I go there today and the owner was in the bathroom so I was told to wait. I waited patiently and a girl comes in behind me at which point he comes out of the bathroom and, of corse, she gets helped first, meanwhile 3 other people walk in and after he helps her he tells me to wait and helps the next three people that walked in after me. Need less to say I walked out and went to smoke land just down the street and spent a lot less money. If the product costs more I expect better customer service which just wasn’t the case.
