Don’t go here poor customer service rude cashiers and managers The people work there are very aggressive and rude I would recommend going down the street and going to a different smoke shop absolutely poor customer service

Worst place in town! DO NOT GO HERE!, Bought the mingvape by iblade from them and called 40 min after purchase to let them know I need to return it since it doesn't work (will not charge) they refuse to refund anything even if it's defective or broken right out of the box. Also there is no manual or anything and the people that work know nothing about their product

I'd give this place five stars if they carried my favorite brands of shisha. However with the selection they have of hookahs and shisha (and glass products for other use), they have a nice setup. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable, and all of them have good recommendations.

My wife and I used to smoke cigarettes up until April 31, 2019. Then we switched to the Juul; we had tried a lot of other things, but always went back to Cigs because nothing felt quite right. Well! The Juul worked! But after months of using that, the pods for it are pretty expensive, so my wife and I decided to hit up this shop and see what our options were.
Brandon helped us a ton! He answered all of our questions and got us set up with something similar to the Juul, but which we could refill for a better price. Plus, the nicotine is a bit lower which should help us get closer to our goal of not smoking at all.
Anyways, thank you Brandon! You demonstrate excellent customer service and deserve a raise!

Very poor customer service manager was very disrespectful I wouldn’t waste the time or effort to even walk into the store they don’t know their products they have everything double to triple the price of any other smoke shop near them cashier and manager was very disrespectful and aggressive
