Was sold a faulty pen, and when I returned the next day (literally malfunctioned within a few smokes) the person on staff was very patronizing and made a big show of how he now had to throw away the old pen and that all sales were final. The pen he (begrudgingly) gave as a replacement malfunctioned the same exact way a week later. Absolutely disappointed in both the product and service. Current Vapor on 72 is a much better store.

I bought a battery for thirty dollars here. It didn't have the magnet. They wouldn't sell me another magnet, they wanted to sell me another battery. I then went to that obd place in Sandy on state street. They gave me two magnets. The battery worked fine the first time around, and wont hold a charge, when i tried to recharge it. I won't even go back in here to tell the dude because his customer service is horrible. Someone needs to tell him to move out of Sandy. We expect a little more from our stores in this town. I'm gonna tell everyone i know, not to go in there. I also have a buddy that had a simular experience, when i was telling him about my horrible experience. He already says stay away from there.....nothing like word of mouth mofo. I know you probably only paid 5$ for a battery you sold for 27$ shoulda took the loss and took care of me. I know allot of ppl that buy vape batteries

The gentleman there was very kind and patient while waiting for me to get the type my boyfriend wanted over the phone and picking out my own flavor on my work break. Definitely recommend this location!

Extremely overpriced and very pushy to sell. Then products go out next day. Honestly they're very greedy it seems like. To buy item online for less than half of what they sell for except can't do it in Utah so they can charge over double it seems.

Normally I like this place, even though they don't carry my preferred sheesh. I've been sitting in the parking lot for almost 30 min... Google and the sign on the door says it opens at 10. This has happened a few times now, so if you come here to purchase something make sure you go in the afternoon. Time to find a reliable smoke shop.

Terrible experience. Went in and bought what I thought was a wall plug in charger.. but ended up being a USB charger for dual batteries. Batteries were dead and showed EE on the charging device. I immediately took it back hoping to just exchange the product for a wall plug in.. I was told by the guy that his boss told him he wasn't allowed to make these kinds of decisions.. on top of that I asked if I could call him. He then said, he said never to call him. All I wanted was an exchange.. but they don't wanna "eat the cost." I tried to exchange the product within the same hour.. terrible
